At the reference firm in Paris, Alexys reads the court messages on the secure network for French lawyers (RPVA). It puts each message in the firm's mailbox and makes a list of the work to do. Each time it reads the messages, Alexys makes a task list for each matter and each procedure. It shows the deadlines, hearings, adjournments and checks, with a priority and the date of the source message.
The client update is already drafted
After an adjournment or a court notice, the draft email to the client is ready in Gmail, with the correct attachment. You read it and send it.
Service of the claim is monitored
Alexys reads the hearing date in the claim form. It sends a reminder each morning until the process server confirms service.
Your court login stays with you
The lawyer logs in personally, with the access key, PIN and second factor. Alexys never receives these credentials. It reads messages. Filing and sending to the court stay with the lawyer.

Send an instruction by message or voice, as you do to an assistant: “Prepare a reply”, “Find the engagement letter” or “Where are we on this matter?” Alexys finds the thread, the documents and the matter. Then it prepares the work in Gmail, Outlook or Word. You do not search through emails and folders.

A signed processing agreement before connection
Before we connect your sources, we sign a data processing agreement with your firm. It fits UK GDPR, the UAE data protection law, or the DIFC or ADGM rules, as they apply to your firm. It sets the data, the users, the sub-processors, the processing locations and the retention period.

No. The lawyer logs in personally. Alexys never receives the access key, PIN or second factor. It reads the messages that the firm receives. It does not file or send anything to the court.

Use the UK page for solicitor workflows, with court examples from England and Wales. Use the UAE page for document collection, client updates and preparation for mainland, DIFC or ADGM matters.
What do we agree before work starts?
The scope to automate, the access it needs, representative examples, acceptance cases and one all-inclusive fixed quote. Up to two change requests within the agreed need are included.
What does the Working Workflow Guarantee cover?
Each task that goes live passes the acceptance cases that we define before work starts. If it does not, we correct it at no additional fee. Reproducible defects in the accepted scope stay covered for 14 days after go-live.
Do we need IT staff to run Alexys?
No. You keep what we build. Or we run it for you. We host, monitor and update it, and we make small changes. We agree the run plan and its price before it starts. You can stop the plan at any time.
